Trouble In Paradise

hazerdous waste sight

                                                What sights must we see
to help save nature’s wonders

                                                what sights must we see
to clean our fresh running rivers and oceans

                                                what sights must we see
to raise our hands to help others

                                                what sights must we see
to help our own self lost

                                                what sights must we see
to relieve the suffering and confused

                                                what sights must we see
to acknowledge trouble in paradise

  1. If we each just showed a little more kindness and compassion Eddie we would do a lot in restoring the balance within the world… Loved your poem Eddie,,,, we do indeed destroy paradise….. Blessings my friend ~ Dreamwalker

  2. I commend you Eddie on your efforts to remove the blindfold from people’s eyes. If only I had an answer to your question…..

    • Awareness is the first step to making any changes. Yes! The blindfold has been removed.
Good morning and thank you very much for your kind and thoughtful words.

  3. I know quite a few religious believers who don’t live what they preach … and then again I know quite a few non believers who live kindness and compassion … hmmm …
