The Life of This Life

 IMG_1231

Poet, you are the life of this life, and you have
Triumphed over the ages despite their severity.

Poet, you will one day rule the hearts, and
Therefore, your kingdom has no ending.

Poet, examine your crown of thorns; you will
Find concealed in it a budding wreath of laurel.

  1. Thank goodness for poets Eddie… and love how you have captured the light upon your Begonia Eddie.. I am hoping ours have survived their winter storage within our garden shed as tuba’s 🙂 Spring is on its way and the Sun is out yet again, after snow flurries yesterday.. 🙂

  2. Eddie, allons voir si la feuille qui ce matin avait roulée, n’a point perdue son herbe qui donne la nausée …!!! Pour Eddie je me risque a réinterpréter du Rabelais …!!!
