Tiger on rock

Between the frown of the tiger and smile of the wolf

the flock is perished; the ruler claims himself as

king of the law, and the priest as the representative

of God, and between these two, the bodies are

destroyed and the souls wither into nothing.

  1. I had not heard of this saying before.. Nothing beats the beauty of the Tiger and I am always partial to the Wolf for he is my totem.. 🙂
    I have enjoyed my catch up today Eddie.. sadly I have not the time today to go further back to the ones I have missed in my absence..
