Weakness

The deed which in our guilt we today call
weakness, will appear tomorrow as an essential
link in the complete chain of Man.

  1. I struggle to understand “weekness” as a passage of time. Kahlil Gibran describes that which is today becoming tomorrow. Is it a play on words, after all? Love your quotes Eddie. They are always inspiring!

      • In all humility, I was referring to the title – “Weekness”

      • For what it’s worth, you made me realize this word is misspelled.
Secondly, it is the original title to this verse, you got me there.
I appreciate your interest and curiosity and pointing out my error.
        Perhaps this helps you. Eddie

      • Thanks Eddie. I once had someone point out an error in a tittle to one of my poems. They were also very cryptic. The outcome was that I ended up changing the whole

your kind word is always welcome
