Save the World

We’re not on our journey to save the world
but to save ourselves. But in doing that
you save the world. The influence
of a vital person vitalizes.

  1. Yes, yes yes… we are not here to serve others but ourself AND in serving ourself we serve the world… my motto this year x much love for resonating with my beingness, barbara x

  2. Synchronocity strikes again! I was at the bookstore last night holding Joseph Cambell’s The Power of Myth, surprised to see it as a “new” book since I read it the first time in the late 80’s-early 90’s. I thought maybe I needed to revisit his work, since the book called me so strongly… Then I wake today to a quote from him on your site! No coincidences…

    Beautiful butterfly, too! Transformation…

And today is my birthday! It’s all connected, as are all of us… Thanks, Eddie!

    • so you’re Pisces or Aries? I knew you have a ‘deep’ feeling heart but I do not actually know your sign. You do not have to share this if you don’t want to.
Thanks so much for your kind response dear friend. have a great day

      • Actually I am a Pisces with Pisces rising. I was born in the last half hour before the Equinox during a leap year. I am about as close to the cusp as I can get. I like to joke that I am the Alpha and Omega, not to mention my own worst enemy. Lol!

      • A Pisces Moon and Sun. Lucky girl. Do you have a copy
of the ‘Sabian Symbols’ (Marc Edmund Jones, Elsie Wheeler)?
        You might benefit from it.

      • I don’t think I do, but I will look into it. Interesting that the other books at the book store that kept crawling into my hands were books on symbolism. However, after looking them over, none truly “spoke” to me. Perhaps I was looking for this text you mention, and did not find it…

Clarification: my sun sign (outer self) and my Ascendant (inner self) are both Pisces. My moon is actually in Gemini, which balances out that tendency to drown in my emotions by adding a vital sense of humor. At least that’s what I tell myself… lol!
