Move On

Cry. Forgive. Learn. Move on.
Let your tears water the seeds
of your future happiness.

    • It’s better to ‘let it all out’ then go on struggling with something that has affected you for any time to come.
From that point is easier to move on.
Growth is a ‘constant’. The minute we stop growing, we basically ‘die’.
Such a joy to hear from you Lisa. It’s been so long, were you in the jungle?

      • Hey Eddie! I enjoyed a late lunch with a dear friend, and I shared the essence of this post with her!

Thanks for your well wishes; that lovely place/Poza Honda where I now live has no easy internet option, and now that the rainy season has started, I don’t drive on the extremelyy muddy roads very often..They are better this week – lots of the mud has sloughed away, and the gravel layer is now showing!

This week I am in Mindo/the cloud forest where I lived for two years. . Before that I lived for 8 years on the coast in the area demolished by the earthquake… Here in the cloud forest of Mindo my little apartment is down to only a few more items to move, though the drive between the two locations is 7 hours.. the moving has ‘taxed’ my lower back, so for that reason I’ve ‘stayed put’ as well… Fortunately walking/standing causes absolutely zero stress, so I walk a lot, keeping up with the four endangered bird nests and just listening to my body and giving it a much-needed break! I’ve learned that if we don’t stop, the body finds a way to stop us!

Feel free to remove most of this reply, as it’s directed more to you, a kindred spirit, than to the subject of this beautiful post!

      • Now I understand why I haven’t heard from you Lisa. Being in a jungle down there communication as well as travel is demanding and not easy,
as well as hard on the whole body. However, walks through the woods do reveal nature’s marvels and it’s so grand to be able to see them first hand.
What amazing and simply beautiful memories you must be creating. We will have to have a coffee sometime and share some stories.
The raining/hurricane season here starts in June. We like seeing the rain.
Love hearing from you anytime possible. Take real good care.
love and peace to dear friend, Eddie

    • Each of us are walking on our path at our own pace and will find our way through the woods eventually.
