Developing World Peace

World peace must develop from inner
peace. Peace is not just mere absence
of violence. Peace is, I think, the
manifestation of human compassion.

  1. A very-timely message for anyone who might read this in Ecuador or Colombia, as three hostages – people working for an Ecuadorian Newspaper – were confirmed murdered yesterday. The president of Ecuador has declared the next four days as days of mourning, and the two countries are working together to try to halt the ‘border’ crisis. “The team was covering recent attacks on Ecuadorian soldiers by suspected drug traffickers in the area”

  2. Hi Eddie. Very true words, but I wonder what it is that drives some people to seek out and actually enjoy being violent and watching violence? Hope you are having peaceful and enjoyable weekend!

  3. Not sure if world peace will ever happen Eddie, there’s always a war going on somewhere in the world. But I shall always remain hopeful on the subject.

your kind word is always welcome
