    Yes, in truth, it can be terrifying for some, but I wish to shift my gear to a more positive openness of excitement!

    With enough courage & determination ~Total Complete Acceptance of oneself can also be an exhilarating positive healing experience & discoveries to evolve to our optimum higher selves.

    • And many of us do have something ws need to heal within ourselves. It may or may not be obvious.
