In astrology, Mercury is known as
THE MESSENGER
Mercury turns retrograde three times each year.
This is when it ‘appears’ to stop it’s forward motion and reverse.
Keep in mind, this is only as it appears to us earthlings.
‘Retrograde motion’ may apply to any of the planets.
MERCURY
It is only in Mercury’s case, that similar effects may be felt
three weeks before and three weeks after it goes retrograde.
Mercury went retrograde July 7th (4° Leo) and will remain retrograde
until July 31th (24° Cancer) Remember that it will still be in the
retrograde zone for another three weeks after that. (August 11)
Whether Mercury is retrograde in the signs of Leo and Cancer
it will probably cause you some delays or setbacks at one
point or another during this time period.
Be watchful for them as they could
upset the flow especially in areas of business, finance, travel,
and communication.
Needless to say if you can postpone starting new
projects it is wise to do so at this time.
